Manufacturing process

• Rolled paper is placed in the unwinding position.
• It is introduced through the roller system through the printer, through tools (skis) to the traction wheel system.
• In this path, a hose with adhesive is formed.
• After cutting, the bag is brought to the place with transport rollers for forming and gluing the bottom.
• The finished bag is stacked on the table, over the drum.

• In this production process, a bag printed in up to 2 colors is obtained from the roll
• The machine is served by 1 worker
